Do you send proofs? Yes – every order (with the exception of initial cards and the children’s name cards & paper) will be sent a pdf proof for your approval. We will not go to print or process your payment until you have given your approval.
The colour of the card looks different on the website than on the proof How colours appear on your screen will depend on you’re your monitor is calibrated. The colour on the website is usually more accurate.
What is the weight of the card/paper? It changes from product to product – please telephone us for advice.
How long will it take to get my order? Upon receipt of your order we will send you a proof within 2 working days. At that stage anything can be changed. Once we have received your approval to print we will usually despatch within 4 working days.
